How did you do that?
Is it photoshoped, or are you some kind of professional custom toast maker?

witty! your work gives me a "strange chuckle" that feels just right....
one question:
with this kind of stuff, do you make this with a real toast, shoot pics, then remove limbs (of the toast, not yours ;^) and save them?
just curious....

Anonymous- I've yet to do any real photoshopping with any of my work. Not out of the quesion, but I haven't ever needed it, and I'm not interested in it. Since I've never actually made money from toast yet, I guess I'm still in the amateur toast-maker category.

Webmaster Pomona- I'm glad I can give you some chuckles, and that's exactly what I do with the limbs. She's still together at this point though, standing on top of my filing cabinet.

Thanks all!

Oh, subtle. So many times it takes another viewing for me to see everything!

haha i love it! i've always wondered this though, how do your figures stand up? it seems like it'd be hard for them of them to balance...

love it!

Thanks Trucker P.
Carol- They usually are able to stand on their little feet. I'm good with balancing I guess.

So that's what you call "breakfast"?!

Your work is amazing! do you "plan a head" the piece, or does it take its final shape in the process?

Hanne said...

Haha! that is SO cool :D

How did you make that bikini shape!? My friends and I have been trying to puzzle it out, but can't D:

Your art is so amazing; I love the emotion and individuality you give every piece, as well as the little puns or details that might not be apparent immediately.
