Yeah, I said I wouldn't be posting for a few, but we don't leave for Chicago til the morning, so here's one more. While my wife was driving around town today, I rode along and made this Scissor Bird, but it reminds me a lot of those bird things Marvin Martian ordered around in old Warner Brothers Cartoons.

Wow...You made that? That's really amazing.
It looks like the birdthings in the animated Alice in Wonderland.
Terry, you're absolutely right! It reminds me of the Marvin Martian birds too! I think it's a combination of the eyes and the curlycue at the top.
now all you need to do is make a paper head bird, and a rock head bird. Put them in a room and let them duke it out.
Woahh! Thats really awesome!
Did you reali make it?
Your blog is simply amazing.
What an amazing talent you have! I just found this blog and just had to go back through all your previous posts. They are fantastic. Well Done!

Hey! I found this blog because it was featured and I'm surprised. You, sir, are an artist.
wonderful"eyes"
Dear Terry,
In the surgery there is much amusement and interest in the pieces of art you have constructed.
Cookie has the idea that she might ask you to construct in one piece the entire dental arch of Mrs Pinklebother.
George would prefer a wire rendition of 'David' to place on the reception desk.
Bessy, our dog, forsees problems with chasing anything with green handles.
All the best, and thanks for the inspiration.

What a cool blog, can I invite you to add it to our website?

Thanks all for your nice comments! It was fun to get back home and read them!!
Hi,
You are doing great job. Just wanted to mention that you need to be a bit more careful, in case you are making (or claiming) these objects for kids. Do not use things like scissors. Also make sure that there is no harmful substance in the material used, because kids have a tendency to keep cute looking objects in their mouths. These objects are so cute, that even adults may get tempted to keep them in mouth. So, take enough care, even if these are not meant for kids.
