Survived Christmas

I've heard from a couple of people who received the Bent Objects book for Christmas and have enjoyed it. Thanks for those messages.

We're now home from family festivities. Either open a bottle of wine, or head to a local theater to see a film. Decisions, decisions.

Hope you all are having a good one, whichever holiday you choose to celebrate.

I got the book! Thanks Terry, you did a great job on it :) I will have to save some bits and pieces at New Years to give the 'how to' activity a go :)

Heh. We were in the same dilemma and JUST decided to open a bottle of wine. Yum!

After all of the wackiness of having the book go to my old work address (WHY, PayPal, WHY?!?) I finally got the book and (most of) the Christmas cards! We LOVED the Christmas cards and the book! It was wonderful!

Terry - I knew I ordered the book from you too late, and it wouldn't get here in time. I had my "your gift is in the mail" speech all ready. But - an hour before we left for family Christmas - it arrived! And was an absolute hit. From someone who is not good at knowing what gifts to get for people - thanks for making me look good this year! :)

I vote wine and a movie at home. That way if you drink too much then you can always watch the movie again later. Hope your holidays have been great!

We gave the book! Though I had to flip through it before we wrapped it... I had never heard of this blog before, but your personifications of household objects are wonderfully creative :)

I was one of the fortunate people to have received your book in time for the holidays. Many thanks for your wonderful work, it's a joy to look at every time. And thank you as well for the great dedication. Me and Mrs. Peanut really liked it!!!

I got your book as a Christmas present for myself. And, I've been cherishing every page because it's one of those books I don't want to end. But good thing you have a blog!
I showed some of your work to my sister and she loved it. I think she'll be getting a surprise copy for her birthday soon...
